About Dr. Cillo
Dr. Joshua Cillo began his career path in the field of Audiology while studying at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2013, and continued his studies to earn his Doctorate in Audiology in 2017. His doctoral and clinical experiences have consisted of specialized training in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fittings within the hospital and private practice settings, for the pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
After completing his schooling, Dr. Cillo spent the past nine years serving thousands of patients in a large private practice in coastal North Carolina, with a focus on the prevention, assessment, and treatment of an extensive range of ear-related disorders. He is committed to remaining current with hearing care innovations and offering advanced technology to his patients. Dr. Cillo is certified by the American Board of Audiology and holds an Audiology license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Cillo’s goal to become a healthcare professional, and now business owner, has always been rooted in a desire to help others reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. That commitment is also personal — having watched his own grandparents navigate hearing loss and benefit from hearing aids, he understands firsthand how transformative better hearing and outstanding follow-up care can be for individuals and their families. Having returned to his home state of Pennsylvania, he is looking forward to serving the Dickson City, PA area and surrounding communities to offer each of his patients this goal of exemplary audiological care.

That desire to help people reconnect with the people and moments that matter most has been at the core of everything I do.
Being able to make a real difference in someone’s daily life. Hearing loss can be incredibly isolating, and when a patient comes back and tells me they can follow conversations again, hear their grandchildren, or simply feel confident in social situations — that’s what it’s all about. It’s why I went into this field and why I continue to love it every day.
As an independent, locally owned practice right here in Dickson City, PA, our patients are always our top priority. I’m committed to staying current with the latest hearing care innovations so I can offer my patients the most advanced technology available — but always paired with the kind of personalized, follow-up care that truly makes a difference in outcomes.
Spending time with my family is what I enjoy most — my wife Maria, our daughter Natalia, and our dog Belle. We love sampling new restaurants, getting outdoors, and planning our next travel adventure together.
